Scene Clean has been a long-term provider of chore services in Minnesota for the MN Department of Human Services. We provide chores services mostly under S5121 but sometimes under S5120 for CADI, Brain Injury, Disability, Elderly and AC waiver types.
While we do not offer every type of service under the chore service category we do offer services related to hoarding or gross filth cleaning.
